Despite its popularity, inexpensive apartments can be found at about $500 to $650 a month for one bedrooms, even less for studios. Residents enjoy visiting shops, local coffee houses, and the beautiful, scenic streets. Still, stay open to some other great locations that are less hyped, such as NOTA, or the Neighborhood of the Arts. Located around the George Eastman House and Memorial Art Gallery, this neighborhood features the ARTWalk, plus many great, inexpensive places to rent. Live closer to downtown for around the same price, maybe lower, as Park Ave.
